Gate (Graduate Aptitude Test in
Engineering) is an all India examination which is administered and conducted in
combination with the Indian Institute of science and leading seven Institutes
of Technology on the behalf of the National Coordination board- GATE
(Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD),
Government of India for admission in Master’s degree program in
Engineering/Technology and some time also for some kind of doctoral Programs.
